As you can see, I wasn’t too happy about meeting Stevie. I got to rap with him for a while and he played my guitar (that’s mine in the picture) for the fortunate few of us backstage after signing it. He could not have been more friendly and humble. He told me he was as blown away by Jeff’s performance as I was – this was the first of Jeff’s shows on the tour that he got to watch. As for me meeting Jeff?? Oh, I tried, but only got as far as chatting with him on the phone from the lobby of his hotel. What a night!
